Family-friendly and community oriented, Saddle Oaks is the perfect blend of comfort and conveniences.

Founded in 1999, Saddle Oaks Homeowners Association is comprised of forty-seven beautiful homes nestled into central part of Flower Mound, Texas. This official Web site of the homeowners´┐Ż association was created as a tool for keeping homeowners updated on important community news, events, committee progress and general community development.

Saddle Oaks Homeowners Association is a non-profit corporation that exists to help preserve our neighborhood property values and natural beauty through architectural controls, design guidelines, and deed restrictions. The Association, through the payment of annual dues, provides for the maintenance and upkeep of all common areas. Our Association is professionally managed through the guidance of our elected Board of Directors and by Secure Association Management, a leader in Association Management in North Texas.

  • Architectural Review
    The Architectural Review Committee exists so that Saddle Oaks HOA can remain a special place to live. Anyone wishing to make external changes to their property must meet the association requirements for modifications and submit an application before initiating work.

    Architectural Review Process

    1. Read the Design Guidelines
    The Design Guidelines, as well as other legally binding documents, are provided to homeowners prior to closing on a house. Please read the guidelines and application requirements carefully before submitting your application.

    2. Submit an Application
    Submit your application, along with any other required documentation to the management company. Please allow the allotted time period for your application to be reviewed. Incomplete information only delays your project.

    3. ARC Review
    The ARC Committee will review your application and perform any site inspections outlined in the association documents. You will be contacted if the ARC has questions or if there are problems with your request. Note - the ACC enforces community guidelines but it is up to you to make sure you meet local permit requirements.

    4. Approval or Denial
    You will be notified of the approval or denial of your request. If you have questions about the disposition, please contact Secure Association Management at 940-497-SECURE (7328).

  • Board Members
    This HOA is governed by a board of directors each of which is elected to a specific term by the association members. Board members typically take lead responsibility to oversee and address various operational issues (e.g., maintenance, finances, security, architectural review, etc.). In addition, Committees and Task Forces can be formed as necessary to address special topics.
